Comprehensive Renovation of Facade and Roof: A Successful Project This Summer

This summer, we successfully completed an ambitious renovation project that encompassed more than 700 square meters of facade and 300 square meters of roof. Our team carried out a series of specialized interventions aimed at improving both the aesthetics and the structural integrity of the building, ensuring a durable and high-quality finish.

Facade Transformation

The project began with the dismantling of the glass railings across the facade. This delicate operation required precision to ensure that the existing structure was not damaged. Once the railings were removed, we focused on the treatment of the edges of the slabs, a crucial step to maintain the overall stability of the building. This process not only reinforced the structure but also prepared the ground for the next phase of the renovation.

Next, we carried out the waterproofing of the balconies, a critical measure to protect the building from potential water damage. Waterproofing is essential to prevent issues such as leaks and mold, which can compromise both the safety and appearance of the building. After ensuring that the balconies were completely sealed, we moved on to the reinstallation of the railings. The new railings were secured with new stainless steel brackets, offering improved durability and a modern look that complements the overall design of the building.

Roof Improvement

On the roof, we worked on 300 square meters, where the focus was on enhancing natural light entry and ensuring weather resistance. We supplied and installed new skylights from @fakroiberia, which significantly improved the indoor environment by allowing more natural light in. Additionally, we carried out a complete waterproofing of the roof, which included the partial replacement of the traditional Arabic tiles. This not only preserved the architectural heritage of the building but also ensured that the roof is better prepared to withstand adverse weather conditions.

Below are the words of our Director:

"This project is a testament to our commitment to quality and attention to detail. By addressing both the facade and the roof, we have significantly enhanced the aesthetic value, structural resilience, and energy efficiency of the building. We take pride in having delivered a project that meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability, ensuring that the building remains in excellent condition for many years to come."
