In TCA Sertec, we have successfully completed the comprehensive rehabilitation of the main facade of a multi-family building in Barcelona, demonstrating once again our commitment to excellence in the conservation and improvement of the architectural heritage.
The project included a meticulous intervention on the balconies, where waterproofing and paving work was carried out to ensure their para asegurar su durability and resistance against the elements. The restoration of the edge of the slabs was done with the utmost care, respecting the original structures and ensuring their long-term integrity.
Additionally, we carried out a water-repellent treatment on the facade, thus protecting the building from moisture and prolonging the useful life of its materials.
