In this project, the rehabilitation of the facade of a multi-family building in Barcelona was carried out through the application of the external thermal insulation system (SATE). This work was developed under strict energy criteria, meeting the client's demands to improve the thermal efficiency of the property.
The SATE solution has not only optimized the thermal insulation of the building but has also renewed its appearance, giving it a modern and uniform look. The technical properties of the SATE system, such as waterproofing and crack resistance, guarantee long-lasting protection against the elements, thus increasing the lifespan of the structure.
