In this project of comprehensive rehabilitation, a complete renovation of the water and electrical facilities in a residential building was carried out. The main objective was to modernize and optimize these essential systems to ensure the safety, efficiency, and comfort of the residents.

Water Facilities

The rehabilitation of the water facilities included the installation of a new direct water supply, eliminating the old supply through tanks, which improves the quality and pressure of the water in all homes. A new battery of water meters was incorporated and individual risers were installed that connect each home directly to the main supply, ensuring more precise control of consumption and greater efficiency in water distribution.

Electrical Facilities

The modernization of the electrical facilities was carried out in accordance with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation in force (REBT/02), ensuring that all new installations comply with safety and energy efficiency standards.

Specific Adaptations:

  • Link Line: A new link line was installed that connects the main supply to the internal installation of the building.
  • Main distribution line: A new main distribution line has been implemented that distributes electrical energy evenly and safely to all homes.
  • Individual link lines: Each home received new individual link lines, improving the reliability and safety of the electrical supply.
  • Common services: New lines were installed for the common services of the building, which include lighting, low signals, emergency systems, and a general protection panel to manage these services efficiently.

With this comprehensive rehabilitation, the building's infrastructure has been modernized, adapting it to current regulations and improving the quality of life for residents.
