We carried out the rehabilitation of 2 private terraces of 280 m² each, located in Sant Feliu de Llobregat, with the aim of allowing our clients to once again enjoy their magnificent terrace. These terraces, which are part of a community of neighbors, required a comprehensive intervention to ensure their functionality and aesthetics in the long term.
The project began with the installation of a double waterproofing membrane, an essential technical solution to protect the surfaces against water infiltration and ensure the total waterproofing of the terraces. This double layer guarantees that, even in adverse weather conditions, the underlying structure remains protected.
Next, an 80mm XPS insulation, which offers excellent thermal performance and helps improve the energy efficiency of the homes, was applied. This material not only provides thermal insulation but also offers a stable base for the final finish.
To complete the process, a finish with Gres Aragón flooring, known for its durability and resistance, as well as its aesthetic appeal, was chosen. This flooring not only enhances the appearance of the terraces but also provides a safe and wear-resistant surface.
With this intervention, we ensure that homeowners can enjoy a renovated, functional outdoor space that is prepared to last for many years.
