In this project of comprehensive renovation, significant improvements were made in two key areas of the home: the toilet and the bathroom. The goal was to modernize these spaces, optimizing their functionality and aesthetics, with special attention to the quality of the finishes.
Toilet
The renovation of the toilet began with the demolition of the tiling on the walls and floor, which allowed for proper preparation of the surfaces for the new installations. The replacement of the water and interior drainage pipes, ensuring an updated and efficient plumbing system, was carried out. The interior electrical installation, was also completely replaced, improving the safety and adaptability of the space to the new lighting and electrical device needs.
For the flooring and wall tiling, porcelain-type ceramic tiles in 60x30 format were used, providing a modern, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish.
The renovation of the toilet was completed with the installation of new sanitary elements, including a toilet, a shower tray, and a sink cabinet, all complemented with faucet accessories high quality. The interior lighting was renovated with the incorporation of LED lighting, which not only improves energy efficiency but also provides a clear and welcoming light. Finally, a decorative coating was applied to the walls and ceilings, achieving a flawless and modern finish.
Bathroom
The bathroom also underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation, starting with the demolition of the tiling in the walls and flooring. This process allowed for the preparation of the space for new plumbing and electrical installations. The replacement of the water pipes and interior drains, as well as the renovation of the interior electrical system, ensuring a safe and modern environment.
